For any of the Whitewater Rafting experiences (Mile 5, Athabasca Falls & Sunwapta Rafting) you will want to wear a bathing suit or undergarments as a wetsuit is provided to go overtop. They will also provide booties to keep your feet warm, life jackets, extra coat for warmth if needed and helmets for the Sunwapta run.
For the Big Float Trips you’re more than welcome to dress in regular clothing, a lifejacket and rain poncho will be provided. We recommend sandals in case your feet get wet.
All tours we recommend sunscreen, sunglasses & a hat to keep you shaded. We do not recommend wearing expensive sunglasses/hats as they could end up in the river.
The Jasper Raft Tours Big Float Trips are dog friendly! Dogs must be leashed and be good with other dogs/people. Life jackets are supplied for dogs but you’re also welcome to bring your own! The cost is $10/dog.
