Cancellation Policy

Beginning April 2nd, 2021 SunDog Transportation & Tour Co has launched a new cancellation policy for all bookings. Previous cancellation policy will apply to all pre-existing reservations.

All public transportation and tours require 24 hours notice for booking cancellations with refunds. Anything under 24 hours notice can be held for a credit for future use but no refund will be issued. 

All TOURS are subject to a $10 non-refundable Administration Fee regardless of cancellation period. Transportation services are exempt from this Admin fee.  

Private Tours/Transportation are fully refundable with 72 hours notice prior to departure. Between 24-72 hours 50% of the payment will be refundable and anything under 24 hours notice is non-refundable. 

Cancellations can be done by phone at 780-852-4056 or by emailing info@sundogtours.com. Please provide your 5 digit confirmation number and reservation name when cancelling your booking.  

*Please note cancellation policy applies to SunDog Transportation & Tours products ONLY. All tours in combination with third party companies are subject to separate cancellation policies. 
*Please note any bookings made by third party companies/websites will have their own cancellation policies; you must contact them directly for cancellations & amendments on bookings as SunDog is not responsible for changes/cancellations on bookings.
