The Maligne Canyon Icewalk Tour-Included
Jasper’s must do activity! Your Sundog tour guide will take you to the bottom of the Maligne Canyon – the deepest accessible canyon in Jasper National Park – where you will explore frozen waterfalls, ice caves, and incredible ice formations. You will learn about Jasper’s Maligne Valley, Karst topography, and the mystery of the “disappearing” Medicine Lake.
The Icewalk Tour covers approximately 3.5 kms (2.1 miles) and is mostly downhill. Participants are required to dress appropriately for the weather. Transportation is included and pick-ups are available from all Jasper accommodations. Please indicate your shoe size when booking as warm boots and ice cleats will be provided. Not recommended for children under 6 yrs of age.

The 60 Minute Dogsled Musher – Included
Departs Dogsled Launch area Daily 1:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. This tour is great for those seeking a unique Canadian experience. Trip includes your introduction to the dogs, the equipment, your instruction on how to drive a dog team, and 1 full hour of mushing!
It concludes with a hot beverage and homemade treats back at the trail head.
Trip Length: 10 kms of Dogsledding
Duration: 1 hour. This activity does not include transportation to the staging area. Clients must (Self-Drive) the Valemount area to participate.
Please note: Dog sled and Icewalk cannot be booked on same day due to time constraints. Please select 2 separate days when booking activities. Dog Sled not available December 27-28 and January 2 and 17. **Cancelation policy-Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled before 6pm, 48 hours prior to your scheduled tour. However we will retain a handling fee of $50/reservation. Failure of the card holder to cancel their reservation prior to this time will result in NO refund of the FULL amount of their purchase. Should a client not be able to attend due to illness, only they will be excused. All others will be expected at their scheduled tour.
Marmot Basin Full Day Lift Pass-Included
Perched at a base elevation of 5570 ft. overlooking the scenic town of Jasper, Marmot Basin is a ski resort that isn’t as well-known as some of its Canadian Rockies counterparts, making it a great kept secret enjoyed by those who make the trip. Visiting skiers get to experience a variety of terrain such as glades, bowls, tree runs, off-piste trails, high alpine hike-to terrain and rhythmic groomers. Enjoy a day of skiing or snowboarding at Jasper’s best kept secret, first chair lift opens at 09:00, last chair lift at 16:30. Marmot Basin Ski Hill has something for everyone. Whether you need to refuel at one of our restaurants, purchase a new pair of goggles, or rent some quality gear, everything you need to make you
