Will I get pictures of animals? (Winter Discovery)
Photos are usually taken from the inside the vehicle or on the ground at a safe distance from the animals.

Is there a cancellation fee?(Train to Dunster)
Bookings cancelled 48 hours in advance will have a zero percent cancellation policy on the SunDog Tours Sightseeing portion.
As of June 13th, 2022, VIA Rail has implemented a $25.00 per ticket cancellation fee on all tickets. If VIA Rail imposes this fee at the time of cancellation, it will be applied when you request the cancellation.
What to wear (Maligne Canyon)
To ensure that you enjoy the tour, please wear/bring:
- Thermals / base layers / long johns.
- Snow pants are recommended for this tour and are mandatory if it is below -16C (3F). Otherwise, on warmer days, jeans / regular pants over long johns are okay.
- A warm sweater.
- A warm jacket.
- A hat and mitts.
- A neck warmer or scarf.
What do I wear on the Icewalk Tour? (Foodie Tour Deals)
We provide boots, ice cleats and helmets. Please be prepared for the mountain weather, it changes quickly and our winter tours run up to -25C (-17F). Wind chill can change the temperature dramatically and you will be outside for the majority of your tour.
To ensure that you enjoy the tour, please wear/bring:
