We offer three (3) pick-up and drop-off times from around the Jasper townsite, plus additional options for guests staying at the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. Jasper townsite pick-up locations include Forest Park Hotel, Marmot Lodge, Tonquin Inn, Lobstick Lodge, Chateau Jasper, Jasper Inn, Crimson Hotel, Astoria Hotel, Whistlers Inn. Please see the schedule for Jasper townsite and Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge shuttles to and from Marmot Basin.

Do I need to reserve a ticket in advance?
We always recommend booking in advance, however, the shuttle is based on a first-come, first-serve basis so you can always book the day of!
Do you have a child or senior rate?
Our shuttle costs $10 for anyone, any age! This covers the cost of a return trip.
If I do not have a credit card to pay online, How can I pay?
Our driver will accept cash, please do your best to have exact change!
If I only want to take the shuttle one way, what is the cost?
The shuttle costs exactly $22 regardless if you take the return trip or not.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please note that once purchased this ticket is non-refundable.
